Update on writing

Unfortunately I was much more successful at participating in No-Shave November than I was at NaNoWriMo. My legs stayed warm but my manuscript failed to make the 50,000 word mark. Not even close. At least I have December. And January. And maybe February to finish it. Who picked the holidays as the best time of the year to write a book anyway?

Well, that may be more than I needed to know, but I'm still laughing.

You know you'll keep going on this manuscript, so it was still a win! (If it's the one I'm thinking of.)

Of course, you couldn't do it - you have THREE KIDS, and they pick the mst inconvenient times to get sick. :-)

I can't imagine writing like that. I'd just have to go back and rewrite everything later, so it hardly seems worth the effort.
